Hyper Labs Return and Refund Policy

At Hyper Labs, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review the policy below to understand your rights and how to start a return.
1. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Change of Mind Returns
In addition to your rights under the ACL, we accept change of mind returns on the following conditions:
- Timeframe: You must notify us and start the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- Exclusions: The following are not eligible for change of mind returns: custom-made or made-to-order simulators and rigs; software, digital downloads, and licences (once activated or redeemed); gift cards; and any item marked Final Sale or Clearance.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item to [YOUR RETURN ADDRESS].
- Please pack the item securely. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or damaged items: If an item is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Change of mind: For change of mind returns, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. Refunds and Processing
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
