At HyperLabs, we know that ordering high-ticket equipment online requires confidence in the logistics behind it. This page explains exactly how we handle your order from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives at your door — no vague timelines, no surprises.
Shipping Coverage Area
We ship to all states and territories across Australia, as well as New Zealand. Whether you are based in a metropolitan area or a regional location, we fulfil nationwide through trusted domestic carriers. New Zealand orders are serviced via international-capable freight partners with full end-to-end tracking.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within one hour of placing your order, please check your spam folder and contact us if it is still missing.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. For larger items or freight-dispatched products, handling may occasionally fall toward the upper end of that window to ensure safe packaging and proper carrier coordination. If your order involves an item that is temporarily out of stock or requires additional lead time, we will contact you directly with an updated timeline before proceeding.
Shipment Notification & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. We recommend saving this email for easy reference. For freight shipments, a separate booking confirmation from the carrier may also be issued directly to you.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard delivery to most Australian addresses takes 3 to 7 business days. Combined with our processing time, the typical end-to-end delivery window from order to arrival is 7 to 12 business days. Deliveries to remote or regional locations, and orders to New Zealand, may require additional transit time. Freight-dispatched items — including large simulator cockpits, enclosures, and heavy hardware — follow a separate booking process and delivery will be coordinated directly with you once dispatched.
Shipping Carriers
We dispatch through Australia Post and Sendle for standard parcel deliveries, and through specialist freight carriers for large or heavy items. The carrier used for your order will be confirmed in your shipment notification. For oversized products, we coordinate freight delivery carefully to ensure your equipment arrives safely and in full condition — this includes appropriate packaging, handling instructions, and where necessary, a pre-delivery contact from the carrier.
Delays & Exceptions
We take a proactive approach to delays. If anything affects your order — a stock timing issue, a carrier disruption, or an unexpected hold at any stage of fulfilment — we will contact you before you need to follow up with us. Carrier delays during peak periods (including public holidays and major sale events) can occasionally extend transit times beyond standard estimates. These instances are outside our direct control, but we monitor all active orders and will keep you informed if your delivery is affected.
